June 2026
- General Ledger Endpoint (Released 06/12/2026)
- APS API users can now retrieve general ledger journal entry data directly through the APS Partner API. This new endpoint allows users to pull journal entries for a given company by batch ID or check date. Results are highly configurable, with options to control how line items are grouped (by Department or Memo), set the journal entry post date, separate physical check vouchers, include deduction check detail, and toggle employee-level breakdown.
May 2026
- Time-Off Request Endpoint (Released 05/13/2026)
- APS API users can now retrieve time-off request data directly through the APS Partner API. This new endpoint allows users to pull time-off requests by date range, including details such as the employee name, department, total hours requested, individual dates, and approval status. Results can be filtered by status (e.g., Approved) and returned in pages for easier handling of large data sets.
August 2025
- Pay Group Endpoint (Released 08/20/2025)
- Returns list of active pay groups for a specified company code.
- Direct Deposit Updates Endpoint (Released 08/20/2025)
- File upload endpoint that imports direct deposit updates using EIP.
- Employee Endpoint Update (Released 08/20/2025)
- Returns net earning data on the employee endpoint.

- Department Group Information (Released 06/13/2024)
- Department group information has been added when using the department endpoints on the API.
April 2024
- Custom Fields to Employee Endpoint (Released 04/08/2024)
- Employee endpoint now pulls custom fields listed in the Employee Record.

- Employee Endpoint Update (Released 11/15/2023)
- A new endpoint was created that returns pay rate data for an employee.
- A new endpoint was created that returns scheduled incomes for an employee.
- Attendance Endpoint Update (Released 11/15/2023)
- A new endpoint was created that returns additional earnings for an employee.
- A new endpoint was created that returns break start and end times as well as if the break was paid or unpaid.
- A new endpoint was created that returns shift data for a given date range for an employee.

- Paginate list endpoints (09/22/2023)
- The department and employee lists are paginated to improve the API performance.
- Company Batch endpoint (Released 09/22/2023)
- A new company endpoint was created that returns a list of payroll batches for a single company
- Updated Employee List (Released 09/22/2023)
- The filter for the employee endpoint was removed so that is returns all employee statuses.
- Update Field Names (09/22/2023)
- Field names have been updated to create consistency in naming.
